Can you still get away for a winter break?
We all want to have some good quality rest and relaxation from the busy and stressful city life. As our world continues to be affected by a series of lockdowns and quarantines. It is still possible to have a quick getaway vacation to recharge your batteries. You can still visit many of the places that you were looking forward to seeing before the pandemic happened. So what comes to mind when you think of holidays? You probably imagine bathing under the sun, relaxing on a beach, by the sea. Travel marketing campaigns always focus on sunshine and of course, summer vacations are more of a Brit’s thing as more than a third (37%) of Brits will go abroad to seek out the sun.
As travel abroad is strongly discouraged due to the health and safety risks, it might be your last chance to get the benefits of a good winter break. Would it still be possible for you to experience a winter break amid COVID19? Truthfully, Brits don’t have many options left when it comes to choosing a Winter holiday. Some countries have closed their doors, others have simply closed their hotels, bars, restaurants and are limiting visitors and putting extra restrictions on people crossing the borders. However, there are still places where Brits can go for a Winter break.
