Are websites important? Yes, very.

Websites can be valuable for any business, large or small. They help businesses get found online by potential customers, connect with existing customers directly through social media and email, and market your products/services.

If you are a business owner and you have had a website for quite some time, it could be time for an upgrade. Here are some signs that your website needs a few upgrades to go with the changes of time.

It looks outdated

Looks are important especially for businesses, because it is the first window customers see when they step into your store. It also needs to look fresh and modern, not like it’s stuck in a bygone digital era.

Not mobile friendly

People are using smartphones more than ever and when it comes to website trends, people opt to spend time scrolling and navigating a website that is user-friendly for them even while using their smartphones. According to Statistica, 52% of all website traffic comes from mobile devices, and Google is now basing its rankings on the mobile rather than the desktop version of a website.

You’re embarrassed to share it

The sign that tells you your website needs upgrading is when you are embarrassed to share it with people. Why? How can you hide something that you are proud of? If this happens to your business, then you better gather creative minds and start redesigning your business’ website.
